The ArcBest Leadership Academy is a group of employees who demonstrate the qualities and characteristics to be future leaders in the company. Nominated annually, each class chooses an organization to support through fundraising efforts, and the 2021 class of the ArcBest Leadership Academy is proud to partner with Project Hero in support of our nation's injured veterans and first responders. These heroes have given so much, and it’s an honor help them recover through access to Project Hero's life-changing programs that help improve their mental and physical health and wellness.
