I am challenging myself to bike 57 miles in Project Hero's Las Vegas Honor Ride cycling event on November 6th in support of injured veterans and first responders. Some are injured physically and some in spirit. Riding with civilians like me helps improves their self confidence and esteem.
The Honor Ride is a fundraiser for Project Hero, a nonprofit dedicated to providing recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration services for injured veterans and first responders. Just $250 gets a veteran or first responder on the road with a bike. My modest goal is to raise funding for at least 5 participants who need help. I've already made my donation. Will you help me reach my goal?
