On February 8, I will be riding my bike 62 miles in the 2025 Florida Honor Ride to raise funds for Project Hero's life-saving veteran rehabilitation programs.  Project Hero provides programs, including building and donating adaptive bikes, to injured veterans and first responders across the country in support of their physical and mental health and wellness. There are hundreds of thousands of veterans who suffer from various wounds, whether visible or not, and I want to help make a difference in their lives.

This ride is for an important cause to help support the people who risk their lives to keep us safe.   When combined with my love of cycling, it is with great honor that I join this ride with my local cycling club, The St. Petersburg Bike Club (SPBC).
