Greetings and Happy New Year!  It’s me again!!

On February 4th 2024 I’ll participate in my 4th PROJECT HERO HONOR RIDE.  

This 62-mile cycling event HONORS DISABLED VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS FOR THEIR SERVICE by supporting recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration services through life-changing programs that improve both physical and emotional well-being. 

As a retired VA Rehabilitation Research Scientist and former Director of the Veterans Health Foundation (veteransheathfoundation.org), I am honored to participate in this event and continue in some small way to support the health and well-being of DISABLED VETERANS.
